THE BREIF

Prodapt, like many other software firms, needed to increase the number of leads it received to turn them into customers. Prodapt came to us with some prior experience with HubSpot. They haven't acquired HubSpot, but they were aware of its capabilities and were unsure how HubSpot would fit into their current workflow. 

They were looking for a HubSpot Agency partner who could create a customized HubSpot Onboarding Journey that fit their present work process and marketing initiatives.  

And that's where STRAIGHT GROWTH came into the picture. 

THE SOLUTIONS

Prodapt needed assistance not only with their marketing Hub onboarding but also with their first HubSpot marketing campaign. As a result, the first step was to map out how HubSpots's present marketing and sales processes were performing and how they could be improved.

This was accomplished through Straight Growth's weekly workshops and training sessions, during which the marketing game plan was also developed. As a result of this strategy, Prodapt was able to quickly onboard to HubSpot and maximize the value of their investment.

 

THE IMPLEMENTATION

The next steps were lengthy but interesting for both us and Prodapt. It requires a proper strategy before the execution and we went through them step by step to guarantee everything was set up correctly and without any flaws. We always plan these stages before beginning work for each client, and we stick to them until the job is completed. Here are the steps we took to get Prodapt up and running.

 

1. Domain and Technical Set-up-

HubSpot has a lot of tools, and getting the most out of them demands a thorough mastery of the basics. We've configured the tools and settings to get the best results for Prodapt. We worked on their portal setup, which included time zones, tracking codes, user and team administration, domain configuration, and IP inclusion, as well as Contact management, and other features.

We considered setting up Prodapt's Domain and Technical Setup to make things easier during the first onboarding phase. The following are the configurations we created:

  • Set up Website Domain in HubSpot.
  • Install HubSpot tracking code on the website.
  • Contact list upload and management.
  • Contact property creation.
  • Users and team setup.
  • Account Default settings.

 

2. Account Setup and Other Integrations -

We set up these portal-based items properly after completing the domain and technical setup for Prodapt, because these items also include various 3rd party integrations such as Google Ad accounts setup, connecting Prodapt social media accounts directly to HubSpot, and numerous other integrations to analyze, measure, and create reports to track the progress in HubSpot. 

  • Integrate Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Connect social account.
  • Ad accounts setup & integration.
  • Other custom integrations.
  • Integrate non-HubSpot forms.

 

3. Assets Template Creation.

We desired to launch inbound marketing campaigns for Prodapt, and one of the most crucial components of the inbound process is quickly building assets.  Several assets for Prodapt were built by the Straight Growth development team in accordance with the brand requirements and styling. These assets include developing the templates for Blogs, Emails, Landing pages, and Pillar pages in a way that can be further used for future campaigns. 

 

4. Marketing Campaign Setup -

Not only did we assist Prodapt with HubSpot setup, but we also assisted them in launching their first Inbound marketing campaign. Setting goals and identifying the target audience are the first steps. We assisted them in launching content offers, blogs, landing sites, emails, paid advertising, social postings, and CTAs, which are all inbound assets. For almost two weeks, we focused on creating and putting up the assets needed for  Prodapt's unique marketing strategy.

This setup requires both your time and brainstorming because it is a lengthy procedure that is responsible for the majority of your marketing campaign setup. It entails a number of processes which are as follows:

  • Focus on setting up the Smart Goals.
  • Define your Buyer Persona
  • Campaign Strategy and Ideation.

5. Portal Audit and Miscellaneous Setup - 

Finally, we focused on making things simple for Prodapt so that they wouldn't have to devote any additional capacity to manual HubSpot work. We focused on identifying manual HubSpot procedures that could be automated. To save time, we designed a variety of automated workflows, lists, and smart content. To add value to Prodapt's target consumers, we dug deep into smart content and ran a thorough portal audit to ensure that everything is set up correctly and functioning.

This Setup includes three crucial steps-

  1.  Smart content setup
  2. Files upload & management on the portal.
  3. Portal Audit.

Straight Growth delivered HubSpot training on weekly calls to all HubSpot users and Prodapt team members so they could get the most out of their new portal. 

 

THE RESULT

This marketing hub onboarding effort resulted in a HubSpot interface customized for Prodapt. They can now work efficiently within HubSpot, knowing that they have the assets, settings, and automation they need to build their business and unlock HubSpot's ultimate potential.

We promised Prodpat that if there were any issues with the portal, such as errors, bugs or loopholes, Straight Growth will investigate and resolve the issue.
