Limitation of Liability
Straight Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the services in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments shall become due. Any deliverables completed up to that point will be transferred as per the terms of the agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
