By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the MediTrust HubSpot Theme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Services

MediTrust provides digital products intended for use within the HubSpot platform, including:

• HubSpot themes

• Templates and custom modules

• Related documentation and updates

Any additional services, if offered, will be described separately in the marketplace listing.

2. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the MediTrust theme for:

• Your own website(s)

• Client projects, where permitted under the HubSpot Marketplace license

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme

• Share source files publicly or privately

• Claim ownership or authorship of the theme or its components

3. Payments & Purchasing

• All purchases are processed securely through the HubSpot Marketplace

• Pricing, taxes, and billing are managed by HubSpot

• We do not store or have access to your payment or card information

For billing-related questions, please refer to HubSpot’s official payment policies.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are governed by HubSpot Marketplace refund policies

• We do not process refunds directly outside the HubSpot platform

5. Support & Updates

• Support is provided as outlined in the MediTrust marketplace listing

• Updates may be released to improve performance, security, or compatibility

• Support does not include custom development or design changes unless explicitly stated

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, code, and assets included in the MediTrust theme remain the intellectual property of Straight Growth.

HubSpot and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

The MediTrust theme is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Business interruption or loss of revenue

• Data loss or system failures

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the theme is at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

The MediTrust theme may integrate with third-party tools or services.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• The theme is misused

• These Terms are violated

Termination does not override HubSpot’s Marketplace policies or enforcement actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective once posted on this page.
